In order to exchange size, or colour, there will be a cleaning and replating fee starts from 180 thb with delivery fee of 50 thb. In case of defective products from the brand, there will be no additional fee.

Due to the nature of 18k gold, 92.5 sterling silver and rhodium plated jewelry, they will be oxidised (discolouration, darkening) over time when exposed to the air, sweat, humidity or any chemical products such as alcohol, perfume, cosmetics, lotion.
To prevent or delay the oxidation, please do as follows;
• Please keep the jewelry in the airtight container with Silica Gel and clean the jewelry after heavy use (exposed to the sweat or chemical products) with mild soap water mixes with lime.
• Gently wipe your jewelry with chamois polishing cloth for gold and silver jewelry once or twice a month.
